Went to Sentry safes online for a lost combination. Downloaded and fax a notarized proof of ownership.

Waited three days for email that finally came verifying my request and asking me to call and make a payment for the combination. I called at 5:00pm knowing they close at 6:00. I was kept on hold for the entire hour, then hung up on. I then went to a locksmith who called Sentry and had the combo in ten minutes!

Here's the hitch. It cost $40 now. $20 more than if I got it on line. I told them no "I'll call again" the guy on the phone (Jamal) told the locksmith to tell me I would be waiting a long time.

I told them I'll throw the thing in the river before I let them bully me. I don't know how they stay in business.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

That's because they were purchase by Masterlock, layed off all the experience Customer Serivce Reps. Gave those job to people with no experience with the products and shipped manufacturing to Mexico.
